The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at KMCT College of Engineering for Emerging Technologies and Management (KMCT CEETM), Kasaragod, offers a B.Tech program in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU). The department is dedicated to nurturing future-ready professionals through a curriculum that combines strong theoretical foundations with practical applications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Big Data Analytics, and Data Visualization.
Supported by experienced faculty and modern learning facilities, the department follows an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach to enhance students' technical expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Through projects, workshops, technical talks, industrial visits, internships, and industry collaborations, students gain valuable hands-on experience and exposure to emerging technologies.
The department strives to develop skilled professionals capable of addressing real-world challenges and contributing to technological innovation. Graduates are well-prepared for careers as Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Data Analysts, Machine Learning Engineers, Business Intelligence Developers, and Research Scientists.
